I love examining the problem or situation at hand through various lenses such as social, technical, ethical, marketing, aesthetic, and more. Sometimes, the phase of understanding the problem takes much longer for me than actually starting to ideate about solutions!

Additionally, during the design process, I am careful not to look at digital technology as the ultimate solution to all problems. Sometimes, certain issues can be resolved more simply and with fewer consequences without the use of digital technology.
